One bedroom has two single beds and the other a double bed with access to a small private terrace at the back of the house. Bathroom with shower enclosure, toilet and washbasin with cabinet, and un­der­floor heating. Open kitchen with large window facing the garden. Kitchen fitted with dis­hwas­her, fridge with freezer com­part­ment, microwave, oven and hob. Dining area is connected to the living room with a view of the wood‑burning stove and the lovely grounds. The living room is bright and welcoming with a large window and access to the large wooden terrace. The living room features a sofa set, wood‑burning stove, wireless internet, Smart TV, Stofa holiday package and Google Chro­mecast. The house has a heat pump installed in the living room; this energy‑saving heat pump can reduce electri­ci­ty costs. Access from the living room to a large private partially covered wooden terrace. A smaller terrace is located at the rear of the house. The grounds are laid to lawn, offering plenty of space for ball games and play, and good op­portu­ni­ties to spot red deer. Smoking is not allowed in the house. One small dog is permitted. Built in 1977 and renovated in 2005. The property is within walking distance of the nearest re­stau­rant and grocery shop. Short distance to the town mini‑golf course. The house is also close to a large forest and nature area by Aarrild Lake where red deer can be seen up close. There are great op­portu­ni­ties to enjoy the peace of the woods on a run or a walk. The beach is ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 1,800 metres away.
