Nice lillte holiday house located on a small dune hill at Vejers South Beach.

The house is entered via the con­ser­va­tory, which also contains the sauna. From the con­ser­va­tory you enter a hallway with wardrobe space. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom was renovated in 2020 and features a wide shower, wall‑mounted toilet and washbasin. There is a master bedroom with a double bed and closet space. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a private EV charging socket.

The living room has a wood‑burning stove and a TV with satellite receiver (including Danish channels). Panoramic windows to the south and west provide plenty of light; the floors are laminate. There is a small dining nook with a round table for four. From the living room you access a lovely wooden terrace with outdoor furniture. The kitchen includes a stove with hob and oven, an in­te­gra­ted dis­hwas­her and a fridge with a small freezer com­part­ment. One small dog (max. 40 cm back height) is allowed.

The property includes a pleasant plot partly planted with pine trees and many cosy play spots for children. Several wooden terraces are provided for sun or shade. The house is about a 5‑minute walk from the dunes that lead down to Vejers South Beach.
