Lovely holiday home for 4 persons, located on a fantastic enclosed plot approx. 800 meters from the beach. The house appears well main­tai­ned and with plenty of space for a small family. There are several terraces from which the sun can be enjoyed throug­hout the day. The house features an entrance that also serves as a hallway. From here there are 2 spacious bedrooms each with 1 double bed and wardrobes. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is 1 room with 1 single bed/daybed and a desk, which can be used as a home office or quiet room. Lovely bathroom with shower/WC, washing machine with tumble dryer. From the hallway you enter the large living area of the house. The living area features a lovely bright and open kitchen with dis­hwas­her, fridge/freezer, stove with ceramic hob, extractor hood and microwave. The kitchen is in open con­nection with the dining room, which has access to the terrace, wood-burning stove and a cozy nook where a drink can be enjoyed before dinner. From the dining room there is open access to the living room with a com­fortab­le sofa corner, TV and satellite dish with the po­s­si­bi­li­ty to watch DR channels, as well as access to a southwest-facing terrace. The house has paving all the way around. The house has 2 lovely wooden terraces, one of which is partially enclosed. Wireless internet access and heat pump.
