The area is known for free‑roaming deer which can be observed from the living room or from the partially enclosed terrace. The house contains: Entrance area leading into the living space. From the entrance there is access to the master bathroom, which features a new washbasin, shower cubicle, WC, a corner spa and a sauna. Guest toilet with WC, washbasin and a washing machine plus a tumble dryer. The living area is open to a newly renovated kitchen fitted with built‑in oven, ceramic hob, extractor with pull‑out, dis­hwas­her, microwave and new fridge‑freezer, and un­der­floor heating in the kitchen. From the kitchen there is an opening to the dining area. Newly renovated living room with a cosy sofa corner facing the wood‑burning stove, radio, Chro­mecast and Smart TV. Large windows in the living area overlook the garden where local deer roam.

The house has 3 bedrooms: DS + DS + 2S, each decorated in its own colour scheme — blue, green and pink. All bedrooms have brand‑new con­ti­nen­tal beds.
