Tasteful holiday home for 6 guests

This family‑friendly holiday home ac­com­moda­tes 6 people and is about 1.5 km from the beach. On the large open plot children have their own play area with a swing frame, sandbox and a small football pitch. The entire holiday home features wooden floors. The living and dining area includes a wood‑burning stove and a small cosy nook/alcove where you can read while still being part of the room. German TV channels can be received via satellite dish. The new kitchen is equipped with a hob with ceramic cooktop, oven, dis­hwas­her and fridge/freezer. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each. A separate storage room provides ample space for items not used daily. There is a guest WC with shower and washbasin. The large bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin, and the washing machine is located there. The terrace is nicely laid out and a small part is covered. The holiday home has internet access (Wi‑Fi). No pets are allowed except one small dog with a maximum back height of 30 cm; cats are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed. The holiday home was built in 1995 and renovated in 2012.
