The holiday home is situated about 1,100 meters from the beach, situated on a 2,100 m² plot with views of a scenic lake.

The house contains: entrance area with space for coats and a laundry column with washing machine and tumble dryer. From the entrance there is access to a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. A room with a daybed that can be used as a playroom, reading nook or TV room with views of the forest. From the entrance you enter the living area, with a new open kitchen with fridge, built-in oven, induction hob, dis­hwas­her and microwave. From the kitchen there is access to an east-facing terrace where breakfast can be enjoyed with views of the woodland. The large living room has a cathedral ceiling, corner sofa with view to a wood-burning stove, a swiveling TV (toward the dining area and the sofa corner), and a radio with Bluetooth. DR channels and TV 2 can be viewed; Chro­mecast is available in the small bedroom and in the living room.

There is access to a southwest-facing terrace with a fantastic view of the lake. The dining area is open to the kitchen with views toward the pool room. There is fiber internet (200/200) and a heat pump. Loft/attic with 2 mattres­ses, access from the living room. There are 4 bedrooms: double + double + double + double. All mattress toppers are full size. Small home office with desk and chair. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly a bathroom with shower/toilet and vanity with cupboards. The outdoor areas invite play, re­laxa­tion and cozy moments. The 2,100 m² natural plot offers plenty of space for children and adults — there is a sandbox and swing for the little ones, while the large open terrace of about 70 m² invites sunny lunches and long summer evenings.
