Separate pool room with an approx. 4.85 x 3 x 1.1 (length x width x depth) oval pool, spa, energy-saving pool heating with an air-to-water pump and an ad­di­tio­nal air-to-air pump for the house. Sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer.

New large southwest-facing terrace, part of which is enclosed. Beach vol­ley­ball court and swing.
