The holiday home ac­com­moda­tes 6 people. The beach is about 1.8 km from the property. The living, dining and kitchen area features wood‑panelled walls and laminate flooring. From the cosy circular seating area you have a direct view of the wood‑burning stove. The house has a heat pump, which can help reduce electri­ci­ty costs as it is energy‑efficient. German TV is received via satellite dish. The living area also features an exposed beam and two skylights, and there is a skylight in the kitchen, bringing plenty of light into these spaces. The dining area is located opposite the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a hob with ceramic cooktop, oven, dis­hwas­her, microwave and fridge/freezer. The newly renovated bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower; the washing machine is located in the bathroom. There are three bedrooms in total: DB + 2S + 2S (all bedrooms with two single beds). A terrace at the house allows you to enjoy your coffee in the dry, as part of the terrace is covered. The property has internet access (Wi‑Fi). On the plot there is a swing set, a sandbox for the little guests and a shelter (overnight hut) for cosiness or sleeping overnight. Max. 1 pet allowed. Smoking is not permitted.
