This lovely, year‑round insulated holiday home on 2 levels for 6 persons is situated on a large natural plot in a peaceful setting. The house is approx. 500 metres from the scenic Ho Bay and about 7 km from Vejers Strand.

Ground floor: Entrance through the kitchen. Kitchen with microwave, dis­hwas­her, hob, fridge/freezer com­bi­na­tion and un­der­floor heating. Bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin, WC, un­der­floor heating and washing machine. From the kitchen there is access to the living and dining area and terraces to the west and south. The house has a pleasant seating area with a view of the wood‑burning stove. Staircase to the first floor. TV with Danish and in­ter­na­tio­nal channels and fibre internet. From the living room there are two exits to the west and south terraces. New wooden terrace and covered terrace where summer evenings can be enjoyed.

First floor: 3 good bedrooms — 2 with 3/4 double beds (140 x 200) and 1 bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200). South‑facing balcony with sea view over Ho Bay.

Heating is electric, sup­ple­men­ted by a new heat pump and wood‑burning stove. Private charger for electric cars (Type 2).

2 pets are welcome. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Built in 1973. Renovated in 2011 and 2023.

The Mosevrå holiday area borders the lovely Ho Bay. It is a natural area with ve­ge­ta­tion and small woodland. From Ho Bay you can see towards Esbjerg. Mosevrå is a small area but close to local acti­vi­ties and at­tra­ctions.

Groceries can be purchased in Oksbøl, Vejers and Blåvand, where there are also shops and eateries.

The area offers great op­portu­ni­ties for nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces: walks by Ho Bay, cycling to Skal­lin­gen or around the area. There is a good MTB trail in the nearby Bordrup dune plan­ta­tion for those seeking speed and adventure.
