Cozy pool house for 8 people, located on a lovely natural plot, approx. 2000 meters from the beach. The house contains: Entrance through a large hallway with washing machine, tumble dryer and ample wardrobe space. From here there is access to 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a narrow double bed. New bathroom with shower/WC and washbasin unit; the bathroom is only ac­ces­sib­le through the bedroom with the narrow double bed. From the hallway you enter the living area of the house with a newer kitchen featuring fridge/freezer, dis­hwas­her, built-in oven, ceramic hob and microwave. Lovely bright living room in open con­nection with the kitchen. The living room is furnished with a wood-burning stove, te­le­vi­sion, satellite dish and Chro­mecast (no Danish channels). Wireless internet access. Dining area with access to a west-facing terrace and view of the pool room. The pool room has a pool measuring approx. 5.4 x 3.5 x 1.15 meters (length x width x depth) and a spa for self-service use. The house has an air-to-water heat pump for heating the pool to reduce electri­ci­ty consump­tion. Bathroom with toilet, shower, washbasin unit and sauna. The house also offers 2 bedrooms each with 1 narrow double bed. The outdoor area features several small terraces so that both morning, midday and evening sun can be enjoyed on one of the terraces. There is a sandbox and a swing for younger children.

A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed.

Smoking is not allowed in the house!
