Thatched idyllic Summer House with pool

This fantastic property consists of two black-painted wooden houses connected by a glass section. The house appeals both to the di­s­cer­ning family and to the large family or friends who wish to holiday together while still having the op­portu­ni­ty to retreat in privacy.

The summer house offers a wealth of acti­vi­ties for both children and adults. The main house features a well-equipped, bright kitchen with oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer and wine cooler. The large living area has dining space facing the terrace and a modular sofa from which you can enjoy a good movie or a football match on the large Smart TV; furt­her­more, there is a fre­e­stan­ding wood-burning stove that invites to coziness. The house ac­com­moda­tes 16 sleeping places di­stri­bu­ted across 8 bedrooms: DB + DB + DB + DB + DB + DB + DB + DB. In addition, there are 3 bathrooms, all with toilet, shower and washbasin; one of the bathrooms includes a combined washer/dryer 2-in-1. The activity room offers a well-assorted range of acti­vi­ties such as a pool table, Play­Sta­tion 3, and an extra room with its own home cinema with seating for 6 people. There are sofas where you can sit down with a book or a board game. Furt­her­more, there is a sauna with infrared panel wall.

The large pool area features a newly renovated pool with water slide and a fountain with built-in LED lighting that creates a cozy at­mosp­he­re in the evening together with the LED lighting along the pool edge. The pool measures ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 7.5 x 3.5 x 1.25 meters (length x width x depth).

The house has 3 energy-saving heat pumps, and in addition, there is un­der­floor heating in large parts of the house. From the glass section of the house, you step out onto the large, lovely wooden terrace area, which includes a spacious covered terrace with lounge furniture, providing excellent op­portu­ni­ties to spend time outdoors in the pre- and post-season or during the summer months, as well as a small outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill. The outdoor Jacuzzi (for approx. 6 people) is placed under a semi-covered roof and can be used year-round.

For the little ones, there are good play options with a tram­po­li­ne, a sandbox, and a swing set, and the large lawn to the right of the house invites to ball games or a game of croquet. The summer house has its own amateur tennis court, which provides good op­portu­ni­ties for doubles tennis (remember to bring your own rackets and balls). Electric cars can be charged at the house.

The house underwent a thorough renova­tion in 2020; therefore, the energy consump­tion is rea­so­nab­le con­si­de­ring the size of the house. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
