Cozy and renovated holiday cottage located on a lovely natural plot

The house offers ample space for 6 people. The beach is ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 1,000 meters from the house within walking distance. Good parking is available at the house. The living area is open-plan with dining space and kitchen. A cozy sofa corner with a fantastic view. Between the sofa corner and the reading nook there is a suspended fireplace providing a pleasant warmth. German TV channels are also available. There is the YouSee app for watching TV and a Smart TV. Bluetooth speakers are also provided.

The modern and well-equipped kitchen has a stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dis­hwas­her and fridge with freezer. The bathroom is fitted with un­der­floor heating and has a sink, toilet and shower. In total three bedrooms are available to guests. All three bedrooms are furnished with double beds (2 x 140 cm and 1 x 160 cm). The holiday cottage has internet access (Wi‑Fi). The house was built in 1978 and nicely renovated in 2024.

There are three lovely terrace areas around the house, one of which is partly covered. Here you can follow the sun at all times of the day and enjoy an afternoon coffee or a barbecue. (Electric grill only for use in summer.) MAX 1 small dog is allowed. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the house.
