The holiday home is located on a large scenic natural plot of 2,474 m2. The holiday home is 800 meters from the beach and 200 meters to the cycle path and to Vejers northern plan­ta­tion. The plot is rich in wildlife and is situated in a quiet corner on a cul-de-sac. The house underwent renova­tion in June 2021, painted white inside in the living room and with a wood-look Tarkett floor installed in the living room.

The house contains: The entrance is in open con­nection with the living area of the house. From the entrance you enter the kitchen. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer from 2021, brand new co­un­ter­top with new sink and faucet, dis­hwas­her as well as a brand new built-in oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood from 2024 and microwave. The open living room offers a lovely sofa group with view of the terrace and the beautiful natural plot. The living room features a wood-burning stove, smart TV with Danish channels via Stofa, and satellite dish with foreign channels. Wireless internet is available as well as a heat pump. The living room also includes a dining area at the end of the room. From the living room there is access to 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B. Bathroom with shower/WC, sauna. In the entrance hall there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Lovely wooden terrace facing south — partially covered. Heat pump. Wireless internet access (fiber internet 30/30). In October 2021, 2 new beds measuring 180x200 cm were added.
