The layout includes a small entrance, open kitchen connected to the living room, dining area, 4 bedrooms, guest toilet and a bathroom with wellness fa­ci­li­ties (sauna and spa). The well-equipped kitchen has a microwave, dis­hwas­her and fridge/freezer. Bright dining area with views of the wood-burning stove and the terrace. Cozy seating area with TV and Google Chro­mecast for accessing Danish channels, plus wireless internet.

The house has a heat pump installed in the living room to reduce electri­ci­ty costs. Lovely bathroom with un­der­floor heating, toilet, sink, shower, sauna and spa, plus a guest toilet with washing machine and tumble dryer. Sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments: 2 rooms with single beds, 2 rooms with double beds, and 1 room with a 3/4 double bed.

At­tra­cti­ve, spacious terrace area (partly covered) invites outdoor living. Good parking at the house. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Built in 1992 and con­ti­nuous­ly renovated.
