The washing machine is located in the utility room where the fuses are also placed. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (new box mattres­ses from 2019), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (new box mattres­ses from 2019) and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed. Large partially enclosed terrace where a small part of the terrace is covered. The large grass-covered natural plot features a small playhouse and a sandpit for the youngest, while the lawn invites play and ball games for older children.
