Open kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Wireless internet access. Heat pump. Bathroom with shower/WC and whirlpool. Sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer. 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B. Large enclosed terrace with sandpit. Swing and carport. In the spa there is a ventilation system that runs continuously and cannot be switched off. Charging outlet for electric car 230 volts.

Additional charge for water consumption.

Cats are not allowed.
