Charming cottage for 6 guests, situated on a scenic plot close to the forest and cycle path. approx. 900 meters from the beach.

The house contains: Entrance/entrance with wardrobe space and small loft for storage or cozy nook for children. From here there is an entrance to the bathroom with shower, washing ar­ran­ge­ment, toilet and washing machine with tumble dryer. From the hallway you enter a large, open and cozy living room, which is furnished with a dining area, wood-burning stove and cozy corner with corner sofa, radio with bluetooth and DAB and te­le­vi­sion (Stofa Tv and netflix for which you must use your own code). The living room is also in open con­nection with the kitchen.

The well-stocked kitchen has a fridge/freezer, built-in oven, induction hob, microwave and dis­hwas­her. From the kitchen there is access to the east-facing terrace.

From the cozy furnished living room, there is access to a partially covered terrace, where evenings can be extended in the early spring and autumn. Air con­di­tio­ning. From the living room there is an entrance to 2 bedrooms with electric radiators, each with 1 double bed and wardrobes. From the kitchen there is a smaller room with a bunk bed and a couch that invites you to play and have fun. 3 bedrooms.

The external con­di­tions offer a fantastic tiled terrace as well as a carport which is included for a leaky/covered terrace. The plot is 2300 m2, where the children can easily develop their senses with a swing, climbing tree and a lawn that invites you to play ball games.

Note that there are extra costs for water consump­tion. Dogs and smoking are not allowed. The house was built in 1988 and has been con­ti­nu­al­ly renovated.
