From the hallway you enter a large open and cozily furnished living room, arranged with dining area, wood-burning stove and cozy corner with corner sofa, radio with Bluetooth and DAB and TV (Stofa TV and Netflix for which you must use your own login). Heat pump. The living room is also in open con­nection with the kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen has a new fridge/freezer (2020), new built-in oven (2020), new induction hob (2020), extractor hood, microwave and dis­hwas­her. From the kitchen there is access to an east-facing terrace.
