Outside there are two large, partly enclosed tiled terraces where evenings can be extended into spring and autumn. The house stands on a spacious fenced plot with good parking.
The property is a few minutes’ drive from Vejers town centre, which offers several re­stau­rants, a bakery, a pizzeria, two grocers, a candy forest with ice‑cream and soft serve sales, and more.

The house: Entrance with cloakroom space. There are two at­tra­cti­ve bathrooms with un­der­floor heating. One bathroom also contains a tumble dryer, washing machine, sauna and a spa for two people and is connected to the pool room. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room. The bright room has good natural light and direct access to the pool area. The kitchen is well equipped with dis­hwas­her, microwave, hob, extractor hood, fridge and a small freezer. The cosy living room features a wood‑burning stove, TV, DVD, DAB radio, Play­Sta­tion, Stofa holiday package and wireless internet. The pool room has lounge seating. The pool measures approx. 4.8 x 4.8 x 1.0 m (L x W x D).

The house has 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with a double bed (DB + DB + DB) and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (B). Bed sizes: one 180 x 200 cm, two 140 x 200 cm, and bunks 90 x 200 cm and 150 x 200 cm. The property is child‑friendly with a swing, sandbox, football goals and table tennis (table stored under cover outside). Two partly enclosed tiled terraces; one has a small covered area. Gas grill available in summer (guests must supply gas).

Heating is by un­der­floor heating, electric radiators, wood‑burning stove and an energy‑efficient heat pump. Extra charge for water consump­tion. Smoking is not permitted. Max. 2 dogs allowed. Built in 1989; renovated in 2005.
