At­tra­cti­ve holiday home with sauna and whirlpool

Cosy holiday home on an open, natural plot. The holiday home is equipped for 8 guests. The beach is approx. 1,000 metres from the holiday home. The entire property has laminate flooring, except the bathrooms. The living room features a large round seating area with a direct view of the wood-burning stove. German TV channels are received via a satellite dish. There is also a DVD player in the house. The holiday home has an internet con­nection (Wi‑Fi). The dining area is open to the living area and located opposite the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a hob with ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dis­hwas­her, a microwave and a fridge/freezer com­bi­na­tion. The large bathroom has a WC, a washbasin and a shower. The sauna and whirlpool are also located in the large bathroom. The guest WC has a washbasin and a WC. The washing machine and tumble dryer are also located in the guest WC. Guests have access to four bedrooms in total. Three bedrooms each have a double bed (2 x 180 x 200 and 1 x 160 x 200) and the fourth bedroom has two single beds (2 x 90 x 200). Part of the terrace area at the house is covered. Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the holiday home is not permitted. A sandbox and a swing frame are available on the plot for the little guests to play. Built in 1992.
