Very beautiful holiday home in Vejers Strand, inviting you to a cozy holiday for up to 6 guests.

The holiday home offers a wonderful at­mosp­he­re both outside and inside, with great comfort and plenty of coziness for the whole family. The house is 77 m2 and is situated on a 2000 m2 natural plot approx. 1000 meters from the beach. The outdoor fa­ci­li­ties include a large and lovely partially covered south-facing wooden terrace, where the evenings can be extended and enjoyed under the cover, which also has a per­ma­nent­ly installed patio heater.

The holiday home is located on a large and beautiful natural plot with plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for play and ball games on the large lawn; there are also cozy corners around the house. Vejers town center is within walking distance (1000 meters) or just a few minutes’ drive from the holiday home; here you will find several re­stau­rants, a bakery, pizzeria, grocery store, a candy workshop with sales of ice cream and soft ice and much more.

The layout of the holiday home: Entrance hall with small wardrobe. Lovely large bathroom with un­der­floor heating, sauna and spa with space for 2 persons. Combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Kitchen-dining area with good dining space in­te­gra­ted with the living room. The large room is bright and welcoming, and there is a good view of the beautiful plot through the many windows. There is direct access from the room to the wooden terrace, which almost becomes a natural part of the house. The kitchen itself offers all comforts such as dis­hwas­her, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood and fridge/freezer. The living room itself has a sofa corner and a super cozy alcove. There is also a wood-burning stove and of course TV with Apple TV, and there is also wireless internet. The house has a total of 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + DB.

On the large wooden terrace there is a good gas grill, dining table, sun loungers as well as two cozy lounge areas, one of which is covered and with a patio heater. The house is heated with heat pump, un­der­floor heating, electric radiators and wood-burning stove.

Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Built in 1996. The house has been con­ti­nuous­ly renovated and a new large wooden terrace was establis­hed in 2023.
