Cosy holiday home in beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings

Ta­ste­ful­ly and newly renovated holiday home situated on a large open natural plot. The house ac­com­moda­tes 6 people and the beach is about 1 km away. The interior is bright and nicely furnished. The living room has a com­fortab­le seating area with a fireplace. There is an alcove in one corner of the living room where you can withdraw to relax or read; a small reading lamp is provided. The house has a heat pump, which can help reduce electri­ci­ty costs because it is energy‑efficient.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a hob with ceramic cooktop, oven, dis­hwas­her, microwave and fridge with freezer. Guests have access to two lovely bathrooms. One bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, shower, sauna and spa; the washing machine is also located here. The other bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower. There are three bedrooms in total: DB + DB + 2S — two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds.

The entrance area is covered, and a small part of the exterior is also sheltered. There are several terrace areas around the house for sun­bat­hing or enjoying a barbecue (a grill is available for use in summer). The holiday home has internet access (Wi‑Fi) and a Smart TV. Built in 1995 and nicely renovated in 2016. A swing is provided for small children.

The town centre is only a few minutes’ drive away and offers several re­stau­rants, a bakery, a pizzeria, two grocery shops, an ice‑cream café and more; it is also within easy walking distance. The house lies right on the edge of the forest, and there is a forest trail for pe­de­stri­ans and cyclists that links Vejers Strand with Grærup Strand and Henne Strand.
