Cosy stone house in Vejers Strand, close to woodland. The property stands on a large, private corner plot of 2,032 m² laid mainly to lawn with paved paths around the house and pleasant terrace areas. The plot offers rich wildlife and borders a forest with red deer and a cycle/footpath that continues to Henne Strand via the Filsø area. The house was renovated in 2019–2020 and is approx. 800 metres from Vejers North Beach and 600 metres from Vejers town centre.

The entrance hall leads into a bright open living area with a vaulted ceiling. The kitchen is new (2020) and equipped with dis­hwas­her, hob with ceramic cooktop, extractor hood, microwave and fridge/freezer. The kitchen opens onto the living space, which features a large dining table with garden views and access to a south‑facing terrace. The lounge area includes a Smart TV, wood‑burning stove and large south‑facing windows. Heat pump and wireless internet access are provided.

There are four com­fortab­le bedrooms: DB + DB + DB + DB. Two bedrooms have double beds (170 x 200 cm) and wardrobes; two bedrooms have double beds (160 x 200 cm), one of which has a wardrobe. The main bathroom has a wide shower, WC, washbasin, corner spa, sauna and un­der­floor heating. The guest bathroom includes WC, washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer and also has un­der­floor heating. Good quality firewood is available in the summer‑house shed and can be purchased at a rea­so­nab­le price.

Outside there is an un­dis­tur­bed south‑facing terrace with good shelter and an east‑facing terrace ideal for morning coffee, with views of the play­gro­und.
