The property is set in nature, sur­ro­un­ded by dunes and only 500 metres from a beautiful beach. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed (DB + 2SB + 4SB). Please note the house is rented for a maximum of 5 people, even though there are ad­di­tio­nal sleeping places.

The bathroom is large and includes a sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and opens onto the living room, which features a cosy wood‑burning stove that provides warmth and at­mosp­he­re on cooler days; there is also an air‑to‑air heat pump. From the living room you can access an enclosed terrace with several sheltered seating areas. The large, private terrace is ideal for re­laxa­tion and outdoor acti­vi­ties.

The holiday home also offers German and Danish TV as well as a washing machine and dis­hwas­her. Grærup Strand is known for its beautiful nature and peaceful sur­ro­un­dings; besides the wonderful white sandy beach there are many op­portu­ni­ties for nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces on foot or by bike. The area also features a fishing lake and scenic cycling routes. Oksbøl offers good shopping options, and the nearby town of Vejers has a large play­gro­und plus cosy cafés and re­stau­rants.
