Welcome to our charming holiday home Opnør, beau­ti­ful­ly located on a dune with a prime location and a fantastic direct view of the sea. The beach is only approx. 100 meters from the holiday home, making it easily ac­ces­sib­le for beach lovers. When standing on the terrace, you can let your gaze wander around the holiday home area and enjoy the bre­ath­taking view and complete re­laxa­tion. Fur­nis­hin­gs and Fa­ci­li­ties The holiday home is ideal for 6 persons and is spread over 2 floors, providing plenty of space for all guests. On the ground floor you will find the living area with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The third bedroom and a small cozy hallway are located on the first floor. The living area is open and bright, in­te­gra­ted with the dining area, and furnished in a friendly and inviting way. Modern Amenities En­tertain­ment is ensured with Chro­mecast and Smart TV, which also receives some German channels. There is also a DVD player and internet access (Wi-Fi). Exposed beams in the ceiling in the living and dining area give the holiday home a special charm. In the dining area there is a fireplace that creates a cozy and warm at­mosp­he­re. In addition, a heat pump is installed in the living area, which can reduce energy costs as it is energy-efficient. Well-Equipped Kitchen The floors throug­hout the house are wooden plank floors, except for the bathroom, which is tiled and has un­der­floor heating. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven at working height, a dis­hwas­her and a fridge/freezer com­bi­na­tion. A combined washing machine and tumble dryer is also located here. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace. Bedrooms and Bathroom The bathroom on the ground floor has a washbasin, a toilet and a shower, and is equipped with un­der­floor heating. There are a total of three bedrooms: (DB + DB + B) one with a double bed (¾ bed) and a single bed on the ground floor. Via a somewhat steeper staircase you reach the upper floor, where there is a cozy sitting area. Here you can relax, look out through the se­mi­circu­lar window and write a few lines — a perfect op­portu­ni­ty for re­laxa­tion and tranqui­li­ty. There is also a bedroom with a double bed on the first floor. From the upper floor you have a wonderful view over the dunes, the holiday home area and the North Sea. The house was built in 1930, con­ti­nuous­ly renovated and most recently in 2020.
