The house located on dune land with a panoramic view, approx. 100 meters from the beach, in the outermost row of dunes, so that from the house's main room you always have a view of the dune landscap. The beach is only a few hundred meters away, which is quickly reached over the small wal­king­path that leads down to the sea. The house is also within a short walking distance of the city centre.
The house contains: 4 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B + 2B. From a covered entrance you enter the house entrance, where there is an op­portu­ni­ty to hang the outerwear. In the entrance hall there is an entrance to 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. From the entrance hall you enter the house's kitchen, the open kitchen is in open con­nection with the dining room and the living room. The kitchen is raised in relation to the living room, so that from the kitchen you have a view of the dune landscape. The kitchen contains a fridge/freezer com­bi­na­tion, dis­hwas­her, microwave as well as a new induction cooker and new oven. From the raised dining room there is a view beyond the dune landscape, and from the dining room you enter a corner room with te­le­vi­sion (no Danish pro­gram­mes), google chrome cast and satellite dish. From the kitchen there is an entrance to 1 bedroom with a double bed. Guest toilet with shower. Washing machine and dryer. Submerged cozy living room with good sofa corner with a view to the fireplace, a cozy nook with te­le­vi­sion and satellite dish. Wireless Internet access through the living room. The house also has a pool room with a swimming pool approx. 7 x 2.3 x 1.30 meters (length x width x depth) and still water spa ( to 5 people). Bathroom with shower/wc, un­der­floor heating and sauna. There is a low energy consump­tion in the house, as it has heat recovery. The outdoor fa­ci­li­ties offer a large enclosed terrace. Sandbox for the children.
