This lovely holiday home is set on a 1,560 m2 natural plot bordering the Ålestrømmen; the plot is rich in wildlife. The house is secluded on the plot, sur­ro­un­ded by trees, within walking distance of the town and approx. 600 metres from the beach.

Entrance via the terrace into the living room. The living room features a large dining area with views of the wood-burning stove. A cosy sofa corner also faces the wood-burning stove and a Smart TV, with Danish and in­ter­na­tio­nal channels via the YouSee app. U-shaped kitchen open to the living room. The kitchen is equipped with dis­hwas­her, hob with ceramic cooktop, microwave and fridge; there is a small freezer in the shed. The house also has a heat pump and wireless internet.
Bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. Washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house has 2 bedrooms: 2S + 4S — one bedroom with 2 single beds that can be combined into an ad­ju­stab­le double bed (elevation), and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds (beds max 180 cm long). Smoking is not permitted in the house or in the annex. Pets are not allowed.

The property also includes an annex located adjacent to the house across the large enclosed terrace. Here children can play without dis­tur­ban­ce from adults. Outdoors there is a fantastic enclosed wooden terrace with covered veranda and a large garden where children can run and play on the spacious lawn. From the terrace there is a view of the Ålestrømmen. There is a shed by the house with a freezer
