Cosy holiday home

Simple older holiday home located on a large enclosed natural plot. The holiday home is equipped for 6 people. The beach is approx. 1.6 km from the house. The living room is combined with the dining area and open to the kitchen. There is a wood-burning stove and a heat pump in the living and dining area. German TV is received via satellite dish; there is also a Smart TV. The kitchen is simply equipped with a hob, oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower. There are three bedrooms in total. One bedroom has two single beds and the other two each have a bunk bed. Two terrace areas at the house invite you to relax. A special feature of this holiday home is that the plot is fully fenced. Your four-legged friends have space to romp and play without being able to run off. The little guests also have plenty of room to play. The holiday home has internet access (Wi‑Fi). Smoking inside the holiday home is not allowed. A maximum of three pets is permitted. The holiday home was built in 1977.
