The house is located 675 metres from the beach. Lovely wooden house, a spacious house of 125 m². Around the house there is a large raised south-facing wooden terrace. The house contains: Entrance hall with good space for a wardrobe, large sliding door with technical in­stal­la­tions. From here there is access to the house’s lovely living area. The living area offers a bright kitchen in open con­nection with the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts such as fridge-freezer, tall cabinet with oven, microwave, dis­hwas­her and induction hob with in­te­gra­ted extractor hood. From the kitchen there is also access to a partially covered terrace. The dining area is furnished with a dining table from which there is a view of Aarrild Lake as well as access to the terrace. Lovely lounge corner with a view of the wood-burning stove and te­le­vi­sion (smart TV) with Danish as well as foreign channels via an app from YouSee. The entire living area features large panoramic windows where the view over the forest area and Aarrild Lake can be enjoyed. The house has 3 large bedrooms: DB + DB + DB. All bedrooms have laminate floors with a wood look. Master bathroom with spa, wall-hung toilet, wash ar­ran­ge­ment, shower cabin as well as sauna. Washer/dryer. Guest bathroom with shower niche, wash ar­ran­ge­ment and wall-hung toilet. The living areas have vaulted ceilings, tiled floors in the kitchen, hallway and entrance hall, as well as laminate floors with a wood look in the living room. The house is year-round insulated and has un­der­floor heating from a ground-source heat pump, ensuring low energy consump­tion and savings for the guest.
