Charming thatched holiday home for 6–8 persons

This lovely holiday house is situated on a large natural plot bordering a vast heath with unin­ter­rup­ted views, about 1,200 meters from the beach.

The house contains: entrance/hall with direct access to the living area. The living area features original brick flooring and a lovely country kitchen with stove and hotplates, extractor hood, dis­hwas­her, microwave and fridge with freezer com­part­ment. Pleasant dining area with a bench and chairs, over­look­ing a built-in wood-burning stove and with access to the south-facing wooden terrace. The living room has a com­fortab­le leather corner sofa facing the wood-burning stove and a TV (Danish TV only via Chro­mecast). The house also offers wireless internet and a heat pump. The bathroom has original brick floors with toilet, sink and shower under a sloping ceiling. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). On the first floor (accessed via a steep staircase) are 2 rooms: one with a sofa bed (when extended 140 x 200 cm) and a desk area with views towards Aarrildsøvej; the other bedroom has 2 single beds and access to a balcony with full views over the Aarrildsø meadows.

In spring 2021 a gu­est­hou­se will be built with large south-facing panoramic windows over­look­ing the Aarrildsø meadows and a partly covered wooden terrace. The gu­est­hou­se will include a large bedroom with double bed, wardrobes and a kit­che­net­te. Bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Pets are not allowed in the gu­est­hou­se.

A sauna is located in an out­bu­il­ding by the wooden terrace. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Lovely wooden terrace, partly covered. Smoking is not permitted. Built in 1977. Renovated con­ti­nuous­ly.
