Welcome inside: The holiday home features an open-plan layout with a combined kitchen and living area. The kitchen is bright and well-equipped with a ceramic stove, microwave, dis­hwas­her, washing machine, and fridge with freezer. The living area has access to the terrace and includes a spacious dining area, com­fortab­le sofas, wood-burning stove, and flat-screen TV with Danish channels and satellite reception for German channels.

The house has two bathrooms with shower and un­der­floor heating, one of which also includes a whirlpool bath. There are four bedrooms, all with double beds. Heating is provided via heat pump, wood-burning stove, and electric heaters.

Free wireless internet is available, and final cleaning is mandatory.

Enjoy life outside: The property sits on a 1,200 m² natural plot with a terrace – perfect for warm summer evenings. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing and dining outdoors.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is located in the charming and well-establis­hed summer house area Røsnæs Strand­park by the Sejerø Bay. The water is ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 500 meters from the house, with a bathing jetty and excellent fishing op­portu­ni­ties. The area features many trails through green landsca­pes, perfect for walking and cycling. The nearest shops are about 3 km away.

The Røsnæs peninsula, the wester­n­most point of Zealand, offers beautiful, hilly nature with forests, green hills, fields, lakes, marshes, and numerous small paths and viewpo­ints. The area is known for its rich wildlife and birdlife. Not far from the house, you will also find Denmark’s largest winery, offering guided tours combined with wine tastings.
