Spend your next holiday in this lovely summer house with a wonderful location at Kongsmark Beach, where you can dip your toes into the beautiful seawater just across the road.

Welcome inside: The house includes the following: A bright entrance hall with further access to a spacious room. From the entrance hall, you are also led into a newer, beautiful, bright, and large kitchen/living area where the family can gather around the table. From the kitchen/living area, there is access to a large covered terrace where you can enjoy many pleasant barbecue evenings.

Connected to the kitchen/living area is a bright living room with excellent natural light from the large windows and access to the southeast-facing garden. From here, you will also find a neat bathroom with a shower. In addition, there is a bedroom with access to the covered terrace. As the icing on the cake, there is a loft space (hems) where you can enjoy the lovely view over the water – perhaps with a good book in hand. On cooler days, feel free to light the wood-burning stove and let the holiday at­mosp­he­re spread.

Enjoy life outside: Take a lovely trip to the beach just across the road and enjoy a re­fres­hing dip in the sea. In the evening, you can relax under the cozy covered terrace and enjoy a delicious meal from the grill. The summer house also includes a nice southeast-facing garden laid out with grass, where you can enjoy the summer-house lifestyle. There is plenty of space for play and games for both children and adults.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The summer house is located at Kongsmark Beach, a lovely holiday-home area in West Zealand, where the sky feels wide and birdsong fills the air. There is a short distance to Stillinge Beach, where you will easily find shopping op­portu­ni­ties and a beach center with re­stau­rants, cafés, and a wonderful bathing beach.

Kongsmark Beach is a sandy beach with a few stones. For anglers, there are good fishing op­portu­ni­ties along the coast, and golf ent­hu­si­asts will find a golf course about 18 km away.

Within short driving distance, you will find the market towns of Korsør, Slagelse, and Skælskør, offering great shopping, cafés, re­stau­rants, and plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for good ex­pe­ri­en­ces. The area offers many excursion po­s­si­bi­li­ties, including the ancient Viking fortress Trel­le­borg, Birkegården’s Gardens, or the climbing park Go High, which boasts over 100 different chal­len­ges and the po­s­si­bi­li­ty of a canoe trip.

If the whole family wants to be active, the Gerlev Play Park between Slagelse and Skælskør is also a fantastic place, where old games collected from across Europe over the past 1,000 years can be enjoyed.
