Welcome inside: The holiday home features an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bright, fun­ctio­nal kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dis­hwas­her, washing machine, and fridge with freezer. The living area offers access to the terrace, a spacious dining corner, and a com­fortab­le sofa area. On cooler days, you can light the wood-burning stove and enjoy the perfect holiday at­mosp­he­re.

The house has two bathrooms with showers and un­der­floor heating; one of the bathrooms also includes a spa and sauna for complete re­laxa­tion. There are four bedrooms, all with com­fortab­le double beds, plus a loft (mezzanine) with two extra mattres­ses. A cot and high chair are available. Heating is provided via heat pump, wood-burning stove, and electric heaters.

Enjoy life outside: The house sits on a 1,000 m² plot with a tiled terrace that wraps around the property. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided, making it ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing in the sun.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The cottage is located in a scenic area at Vollerup Strand on the northern side of Røsnæs. Vollerup Strand is part of a larger holiday home area, about 10 km north of Ka­lund­borg, on Sejerø Bay, and marks the start of the Røsnæs peninsula. The beach is ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 700 meters away, offering sandy shores with a bathing jetty and excellent fishing op­portu­ni­ties. Nearby is Denmark’s largest winery, where guided tours and wine tastings are available. At the tip of Røsnæs lies a protected natural area with dramatic, hilly terrain – perfect for long walks or cycling tours.

The nearest shops are about 3 km away, and in the harbour town of Ka­lund­borg (8 km), you’ll find plenty of shops, cafés, and re­stau­rants. The old town, with its 800-year-old five-towered church, is also well worth a visit.
