Cozy holiday house with beautiful views of Ka­lund­borg Fjord, a large natural plot, and close to the beach and nature – perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Welcome inside: The holiday house is bright and com­fortably furnished with a combined kitchen and living area, offering stunning views over Ka­lund­borg Fjord. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, and microwave. The living room features large windows that fill the space with light and provide fantastic views of the sur­ro­un­dings, as well as access to the terrace. There is a dining area, com­fortab­le sofas and armchairs, a wood-burning stove, TV with Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and German channels, and a DVD player.

The house has one bathroom with a hand shower and three bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200 cm), one with a single bed (80x180 cm), and one with a bunk bed (80x195 cm). Heating is provided via a heat pump, wood stove, and electric heaters.

Wireless internet is available, and final cleaning is mandatory.

Note: The house is not rented to tradesmen or youth groups.

Enjoy life outside: The property sits on a large 4,850 m² natural plot with wooden terraces on several sides, offering specta­cu­lar views over Ka­lund­borg Fjord. The fjord provides beautiful sunsets and a maritime at­mosp­he­re, with ships coming and going to Ka­lund­borg Harbour. The area is very peaceful, and it is not uncommon to see deer on the property.

There are several cozy outdoor seating areas, so you can always find sun or shelter from the wind. The plot has private access to Ka­lund­borg Golf Course and borders a recre­a­tio­nal area with a sheep pasture – perfect for golf ent­hu­si­asts and nature lovers. The property also includes garden furniture, a barbecue, and a fire pit.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is located in a scenic area on Røsnæs, with stunning views over Kir­ke­bug­ten and Ka­lund­borg Fjord. The area offers lovely walks along the bay, the beach, and the nearby hilly, protected natural areas. The terrain is varied and in­te­r­e­sting.

Just 500 meters from the house is an 18-hole golf course, and 2.3 km away is Denmark’s largest vineyard. At the tip of Røsnæs, about 8 km from the house, lies a protected nature area with ex­cep­tio­nal landsca­pes and a network of walking and cycling paths

Ka­lund­borg town centre is 8 km away, offering shops, cafés, and re­stau­rants. The historic old town with its five-towered medieval church is also worth a visit. The beach is ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 600 meters away, and the nearest shopping is 3.8 km from the house.
