For en­tertain­ment, there’s a flat-screen TV with Chro­mecast, so you and your family can enjoy movies and series in the evenings. When the weather invites outdoor play and re­laxa­tion, you won’t find many better places to be than here at Mollysvej 10. The natural plot is large and sheltered by tall trees, giving the outdoor areas a secluded and private feel. The lawn invites ball games, cartwhe­els, and other physical acti­vi­ties, and there’s also a firepit where you can end the day roasting mars­h­mal­lows or baking twist bread under the stars. The home’s lovely terraces offer great spots to relax—whether you prefer sun­bat­hing on one of the open areas or would rather settle into the covered space. The covered terrace is enclosed on three sides, giving it the feel of a sunroom, and it’s perfect for extending the outdoor season into both spring and autumn. Last but not least, the property includes an outdoor kitchen. If there are anglers in the family, it’s the perfect spot to clean the day’s catch before it hits the grill.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From Mollysvej 10, it’s just a short walk to Trend Beach, known as one of the area’s lovely, shallow swimming spots. The beach is popular with families with children, and windsur­fers also gather here when the con­di­tions are right for venturing out on the fjord. In Trend, there’s a cozy inn and a campsite with mini golf, and the area’s shared play­gro­unds and sports fields are also available for your family to enjoy. If you're in the mood for some indoor water fun, the Rønbjerg water park is a short drive away. From Rønbjerg Harbour, you can also take the small ferry to the island of Livø for a short boat trip and the peaceful ex­pe­ri­en­ce of a car-free Limfjord island.
