Cozy summer house with views of the Limfjord and excellent sheltered spots around the house

Perlen is the name of this cozy summer house, located on a quiet cul-de-sac just a few hundred meters from the beautiful Skyum Øster­strand.

Welcome inside
With its 95 m², the summer house is quite spacious, offering plenty of room for family coziness and re­laxa­tion. There are two bedrooms: both furnished with double beds, and one of them also has a bunk bed above, providing sleeping space for five people in total. The layout also includes a bathroom with a shower and an entrance hall with a washing machine. Finally, there is the kitchen and the living room, where you can enjoy views of the Limfjord through the large windows. The TV is connected to Chro­mecast, and there is both a built-in fireplace and a heat pump with cooling, ensuring a com­fortab­le indoor tem­pe­ra­tu­re. Another lovely living area is the garden room, which serves as a pleasant tran­si­tion between the house and the inviting terrace en­viron­ment.

Enjoy life outside
The fjord view is just as beautiful from the terrace on the 625 m² plot. When you’re not enjoying the garden room, it’s nice to sit on the covered and sheltered terrace equipped with an outdoor fireplace. In addition, there are several open terrace areas perfect for sun­bat­hing and BBQ dinners under the open sky.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Over Reese is a small, quiet cul-de-sac situated in a peaceful and scenic summer house area. Skyum Øster­strand is only 500 meters away, so it takes just a few minutes to walk down to the water — or to the great play­gro­und located right next door. There is a bathing jetty at the beach, so you don’t have to just admire the beautiful sur­ro­un­dings but can easily jump in for a swim. If you want to explore the stunning landsca­pes, it’s wonderful to take a walk in the hilly Skyum Bjerge just a few ki­lo­me­ters away, and you can also head to Na­tio­nal­park Thy or the beautiful beaches along the North Sea coast.
