Welcome inside
All year round, staying right by the water feels special, as the Limfjord and the beautiful coastal meadow make a bre­ath­taking sight in any weather. The large windows in the living room invite both sunlight and the fjord view inside, and from one of the two bedrooms, you can even wake up to a direct view of the water. Built in 2020 and upgraded in 2024, the house’s bright rooms radiate coziness, calm, and re­laxa­tion — eve­ryt­hing you need when it’s holiday time and everyday life feels far away.

Enjoy life outside
When the good weather calls you outdoors, it’s tempting to explore the beautiful sur­ro­un­dings — but if you prefer to relax in a garden chair or play with the children, you can simply enjoy the landscape from the terrace and the small garden plot. A gas grill is available on the terrace if you want to cook dinner under the open sky — and once the meal is enjoyed with birdsong as your so­und­tra­ck, it’s up to you and your family whether to play football and badminton on the lawn or take an evening walk along the water.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Livøvej 29 is the perfect spot if you need to unwind and recharge. The road ends in a dead end right by the house, and the fjord is only 100 meters away, while a small forest stretches just east of the property. In Amtoft, you can swim and fish, and if you love water sports, you might also want to surf or kayak in the shallow bay. The Vejlerne bird reserve is nearby, and if you want to hike in Østerild Plantage, ex­pe­ri­en­ce the bird cliff Bulbjerg, or visit the small fishing village Lild Strand by the North Sea, you’ll enjoy driving through the scenic co­un­trysi­de.
