From the summer house, there is a fantastic view over the area and the water, and the scenic sur­ro­un­dings can be enjoyed both from the charming living area and from the large terrace. A true gem!

Welcome inside
The house features light wooden floors, light wood on the walls and ceilings, and a vaulted ceiling. There is fantastic natural light and a spacious feel. A lovely, open kitchen equipped with eve­ryt­hing you could dream of for holiday cooking. The living area faces south and offers a beautiful view of the sur­ro­un­dings and Limfjord. Luxury bathroom with spa bath and, of course, un­der­floor heating. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a guest toilet with a washing machine. Two good bedrooms each with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Eve­ryt­hing is very well main­tai­ned and of the highest quality.

Enjoy life outside
The summer house is situated on a lawn plot with well-establis­hed boundary planting of rose hips, which provides privacy and shelter without ob­structing the beautiful view. Lovely south-facing and partially covered terrace with good garden furniture and a grill.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house is located by the Limfjord in Thy, in Northwest Jutland. Here you are very close to the Limfjord but also not far from the North Sea. Besides being a scenic holiday home area in peaceful sur­ro­un­dings, Skyum Øster­strand is also a popular base for those wanting to explore this part of Denmark by car or bike.
