The rustic wooden panels on the walls and ceilings con­tri­bu­te to the authentic summer house at­mosp­he­re, and the wood-burning stove in the living room creates an extra cozy ambiance. What makes it even more wonderful is that you can enjoy the view of the Limfjord even while relaxing indoors. In addition to the living room, which is open to a nicely appointed kitchen, the summer house offers a con­ser­va­tory, a bathroom with a shower, and three bedrooms—all furnished with double beds.

The summer house sits on a thought­ful­ly designed plot featuring a carport and gravel parking area, a well-kept lawn, and dense boundary planting. The wooden terrace is well po­si­tio­ned for sunlight and sheltered, making it perfect for outdoor re­laxa­tion.

Kjærgaarden is known as a charming and tranquil summer house area, making it an ideal vacation spot for those seeking true re­laxa­tion. The neig­h­bor­hood includes a petanque court and play­gro­und, and the roads are closed to traffic—including Hellesvej, where this summer house is located in the third row from the beach meadow. If you want to go down to the Limfjord for a swim or simply to enjoy the view, you can follow the path that leads you the short way there. If you feel like visiting the North Sea, it only takes a few minutes to drive to the coastal town of Agger. For wild nature and open landsca­pes, plenty of great ex­pe­ri­en­ces await in the nearby Na­tio­nal­park Thy.
