Welcome inside
As soon as you step inside this 70 m² brick house, you are greeted by a bright and pleasant at­mosp­he­re. This is partly due to the suc­ces­sful renova­tion completed in 2022, which focused on both comfort and style. The living room and open kitchen have been thor­oug­hly updated, and the bathroom has also been refreshed so you can start your day with a re­fres­hing morning shower in nice sur­ro­un­dings. In the mentioned living room, you can relax by the warmth of both the wood stove and heat pump if the weather calls for indoor coziness. After cooking, you can gather around the dining table to share the delicious meal. There are three bedrooms providing a total of six beds.

Enjoy life outside
If the weather gods smile upon your holiday, you can enjoy the wonderful outdoor areas of the summer house. The plot is simply landsca­ped with border planting and a large lawn where you can play ball games, and espe­ci­al­ly the youngest family members will surely spend hours jumping on the tram­po­li­ne. Whether you want to read the newspaper in the sun or prepare dinner on the grill, you have two nice terraces to choose from.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home is located on Hellesvej, one of the quiet, small roads in the gated summer house area of Kjærgaarden. Here you’ll find a lovely play­gro­und for the little ones, a sports field, pétanque court, and mini-golf for the whole family. If you need a walk in the fresh air, you can follow well-main­tai­ned paths right out into the fjord landscape. You can also stroll down to the Limfjord for a swim or to find beautiful stones and shells. If you fancy seeing the North Sea, you can drive to Agger in 10-12 minutes. Holiday shopping can be done at the local shop in Vestervig, which also offers an inn and the largest village church in the Nordic countries. Al­ter­na­ti­ve­ly, you can continue to Hurup, which has a larger selection of shops, a golf course, and a spa.
