The house is bright, well laid out, and extremely well-main­tai­ned! It underwent a thorough renova­tion in 2020. A very large bedroom – the master bedroom – provides excellent space and great storage. In addition, there is a smaller bedroom with a double sofa bed and a final bedroom inside the house with two bunk beds. The cosy and char­m­ing­ly furnished living room features a good wood-burning stove and is openly connected to the bright, spacious, and well-equipped kitchen. It’s the perfect setup for a cosy chat while preparing meals. The bathroom is pra­cti­cal­ly arranged.

Enjoy life outside
From the southwest-facing terrace and the living area, you can follow the ship traffic along the North Sea coast and enjoy the beautiful light and changing seasons all year round in the best possible con­di­tions. Part of the terrace is covered, and there are quality garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a large built-in grill – a real favourite. The house is set on a well-main­tai­ned lawn, and there is both a sandbox and a swing for the youngest in the family. A child-friendly holiday home.

The house is located in peaceful sur­ro­un­dings in the popular Kjærgaarden near Vestervig. While the house sits right by the Limfjord, it is also just a few ki­lo­metres from the North Sea. The area is very popular among both families with children and couples looking for peace, tranquil­li­ty, and beautiful sur­ro­un­dings.
