The holiday home is built of brick and very well insulated, ensuring low running costs. Tasteful and con­si­stent interior design. Truly a luxury home. The bright living area features parquet flooring, white walls, and light wood on the ceilings. Beautiful and com­fortab­le furniture. A large, ex­cep­tio­nal­ly beautiful, and well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom leaves nothing to be desired with un­der­floor heating, a spa bath, and a very large sauna. The total of 5 beds are spread across 2 double beds and 1 single bed in the 3rd and final bedroom. Pets are not allowed in the house due to allergies in the owner's family, so the holiday home is allergy-friendly. An energy-saving heat pump is also installed to ensure a good indoor climate year-round.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home is situated on a well-main­tai­ned lawn with good op­portu­ni­ties for play and ball games if you have children on holiday. To the south, there is a large, partially covered terrace with com­fortab­le garden furniture, sun loungers, a grill, and a parasol. The plot is sur­ro­un­ded by trees and bushes, providing good shelter and plenty of privacy.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Kjærgaarden is located near Vestervig, which was awarded Denmark’s Village of the Year in 2013. Vestervig has a grocery store with long opening hours and a good dining spot — Thin­g­huskro­en. Vestervig is known for its in­cre­di­bly beautiful medieval church, the largest of its kind in Denmark, dating back to when there was a monastery there, and Vestervig was a more central town in the region. Kjærgaarden lies by Krik Vig — Lim­fjor­den. Only a few ki­lo­me­ters to Agger and the North Sea. Inland, you’ll find the vibrant market town of Hurup, with a swimming pool, spa, and an 18-hole golf course.
