Welcome inside
The summer house features a good bedroom with a double bed and two wardrobes. There is also a smaller bedroom with a large sofa bed. Connected to the living area is an alcove with two ad­di­tio­nal sleeping places. In spring 2021, a lovely new annex was built, including a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. However, the summer house is only rented out as a whole to 6 people. The main house also has a nice bathroom with un­der­floor heating and a washing machine. The well-equipped kitchen, also with un­der­floor heating and a dis­hwas­her, is open to the living room. The living room is com­fortably furnished and opens onto a large terrace that surrounds the house on the south and west sides. Large panoramic windows facing south let in plenty of natural light and offer the most mag­ni­fi­cent views over the Limfjord, all the way to Thyborøn and Agger by the North Sea. From the summer house, you can also see the North Sea and the large ships passing by.

Enjoy life outside
The summer house is located in the first row with an unob­structed view over the terrain and the fjord. Lovely terrace facing south and west with com­fortab­le garden furniture, sun loungers, a grill, and a parasol.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
This lovely summer house is situated in the popular Kjærgaarden holiday home area by the Limfjord in Thy. The area offers a nice common area with a football field, mini golf, pétanque, and a large play­gro­und. In the nearby village of Vestervig, you will find a year-round grocery store as well as a good re­stau­rant—Ting­huskro­en—which is worth visiting throug­hout the year. To the east, a bit further inland, lies the com­merci­al town of Hurup, featuring the Sydthy Swimming Pool and a good selection of shops. To the west—about 5 ki­lo­me­ters away—you have the North Sea with the charming coastal town of Agger. The house is located right in the heart of National Park Thy, a won­der­ful­ly beautiful recre­a­tio­nal area for nature lovers who enjoy walking, cycling, and day trips.
