The house is also equipped with all modern con­ve­ni­en­ces, such as a heat pump, free ultra-fast internet con­nection (150/150 Mbps), and a SMART TV.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home sits on a lovely lawned plot, with plenty of space for ball games and play. There are partially covered terraces both at the front and back of the house, allowing you to enjoy both the morning sun and the evening sun’s rays. The terraces are furnished with garden furniture and a good barbecue.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Kjærgaarden is a well-main­tai­ned and cozy holiday home area located right by the Limfjord (Krik Vig) and close to the village of Vestervig, where you’ll find a grocery store and a re­stau­rant open year-round. The area has a nice shared play­gro­und for children as well as pétanque courts available for free use, and these shared fa­ci­li­ties are only 150 meters from the house, making it ideal for families with children. Just a few ki­lo­me­ters from the area, you’ll find Agger and the North Sea, which form the southern part of Thy National Park. The slightly larger town of Hurup is also just a short drive away, where you can find, among other things, a beautiful 18-hole golf course as well as the popular Sydthy Swimming Pool and Spa.
