The living room is cozy with a sofa, TV, satellite dish and wifi, as well as a wood-burning stove and a dining area. From the living room there is access to the garden.
Nice bathroom with underfloor heating, toilet, sink and shower and washing machine.
On the 1st floor there is a room with two beds. On the open repo there is a double bed and a single bed.
In addition to the wood-burning stove, the house is heated with a heat pump.
The summer house has a large garden and carport.
The summer house is located by Kindvig, which is a cozy area close to Præstø in South Zealand. The nearest shopping opportunity is in the cozy shopping town of Præstø, where you can explore the old town on the cobbled roads, or take a walk along the main street with the exciting shops.
