Wooden black painted house with a large terrace that faces the water directly. Nice annex behind the main house. The annex is furnished with 2 good guest rooms - each with 1 double sofa bed 180x200. In the annex there is also a good large sauna with room for many people. Between the two houses there is a really nice patio, where life and summer can be enjoyed in full with peace and quiet - with the whole family or just with a few friends.
The house contains:
Hall with direct entrance to the living room and kitchen in open connection. The living room is furnished with cozy sofa corner. In the kitchen there is a fridge, freezer, microwave, cooker with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher and all other service and cookware.
Lovely dining area with great water views. From the living room and one room there is access to a lovely wooden terrace with good garden furniture. TV. Chromecast for streaming.
3 good bedrooms - all three rooms with 1 double bed and closet. 2 bathrooms with toilet, sink and shower. In one bathroom there is a washing machine.
Outdoor
The house is beautifully located in the first row - just a stone's throw from Bøged Strand, with an absolutely fantastic panoramic view of the beautiful Bøgestrømmen, with views of Møn and Nyord on the horizon.
The large area opposite the house is a common area for the benefit and use of the association's members. The landowners association sets up a bathing bridge every summer. The cottage area is quite small and contains only 16 homes and there is simply just peace and quiet in this relaxed environment.
Location
Beautiful scenery, relaxation and peace and quiet. At the same time you are just 15 minutes from the old cozy market town of Præstø, which offers good shopping facilities, shopping street, restaurants, cafes, ice-house and marina.
Jungshoved is a small peninsula that stands out at Præstø, right in the middle of Stevns Klint and Møns Klint. Roneklint is not far away with a beach and kayak rentals. Here along the beautiful coast you can go for long walks and enjoy the view of the most beautiful sunrises.
