Very cozy holidayhouse with cowered outdoor pool. The house is situated on a closed road, in the nature area at Kostræde Banker, close to Svinø Beach. Every year Svinø Beach has the "Blue Flag" for bathing water and beach in top. You can take a nice walk to the Dybsø Fjord, with rich birds and wildlife. Great opportunities for angling in the area. Around the house there is a lovely, partly enclosed garden, surrounded by tall trees. In the garden there is a bonfire site, where you can make twist-bread and enjoy with the children – if you can make them to come out of the pool. At the house there are 2 terraces. Cover with entrance to hall -1 nice bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Open kitchen to livingroom, with fridge, frost box, microwave, electric cooker with 4 hotplates, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker and all other cookware you need for cooking. From the kitchen there is access to 1 room with 2 x 2 bunks as well as further 1 room with 2 good single beds. Large bright living room with good dining area. Cozy sofa-corner with 1 double sofa bed, wood-burning stove and TV with Chromecast. Internet. From the living room exit to lovely covered terrace with garden furniture. From the covered terrace there is access to a nice outdoor pool with a roof. It can be opened right up to the terrace with sliding doors from the pool area. The pool is heated from Easter and for autumn week 42.Electric heating and heat pump also with fridge for air conditioning in the house. In the outbuilding you will find washing machine and dryer. Here is really the opportunity to enjoy the peace and quiet - both summer and winter.
