From the kitchen you can get out into a small corridor with 2 rooms. One room has a double bed and a wardrobe and access to the pool. The second room has a double bed and access to the terrace.
The living room, which is in an open connection with the kitchen, also has tiles on the floor and underfloor heating, from here there is access to a large south-facing and covered terrace. In the living room there is a pellet stove, TV, heat pump and several cozy nooks.
From the living room there is access to another distribution corridor with 1 further room and 1 newer large bathroom with underfloor heating. The room has 2 single beds, the bathroom contains a shower, toilet and sink and washing machine and dryer.
There is access to the pool from 2 rooms and the living room or via a gate in the garden. The pool, which is fenced, can be used from 1 May to 1 October.
The garden is planted so that it is largely unobtrusive.
