The house is located on the narrow isthmus at Oddesund, meaning you’re within short walking distance of the water on several sides – an ideal setting for swimming, fishing, and enjoying the beautiful coastal sur­ro­un­dings at the southern end of Thyholm.

Welcome inside
The at­mosp­he­re inside the house is warm and inviting. Renovated in 2019, it offers a bright and pleasant space thanks to the many windows in the living room, which also provide lovely views of the green natural plot. Whether you’re relaxing in the sofa area, playing board games at the dining table or preparing a meal in the open kitchen, you’re always connected to the outdoors. There’s a cozy alcove nook in the living space, and the air-to-air heat pump with a cooling function ensures a com­fortab­le indoor climate. The house features a bathroom with shower at one end and three bedrooms with sleeping space for a total of six people.

Enjoy life outside
On the 3,230 m² plot, you’ll find a lovely sun-drenched wooden terrace just southwest of the house. It’s the perfect place to unwind in the garden furniture during the day, and when evening comes, you can fire up the grill and prepare a delicious outdoor dinner. You can also soak up the sun from the viewing platform on the property, which offers beautiful views across Nissum Bredning.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From Skovvej, the distance to the water is minimal, so it’s easy to pop down to the coast multiple times a day to take in the bre­ath­taking scenery. You can go swimming at Oddesund Strand, and the area around the bridge is known for great fishing op­portu­ni­ties. Oyster picking is also possible – or you can join a guided oyster safari to learn more about the area and its delicious shellfish. If you bring bikes, you can explore Thyholm, Jegindø, Venø and other gems in the Limfjord region. And by car, you can reach National Park Thy and the North Sea coast in just about half an hour.
