Description
Country house with room for 18 people. In the area around the house is a large garden and wooded area with trails, lakes and fields. The house contains a hall that provides a nice welcome to the house. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and double sofa bed. Nice kitchen in attachment to another living room. There is also a bedroom with double bed and bunk bed in the floor level. There’s a bathroom from 2008 with floor-heating. The 1st floor includes two large bedrooms with two double beds in each room, and a room with 2 single beds. A bright and nice bathroom with shower. A living room with access to the balcony. In the basement there is a utility room with freezer and washing machine. 300 m2 nicely activity room including billiards, table tennis and football table.
The area
Handbjerg Marina – The best island harbor of Limfjorden, is just 4 km from the house. The stunning new marina in Handbjerg was inaugurated in May 2014. There is room for more than 300 boats. Due the low water in Venø Bay the harbor is built as an island harbor, 500 meters from the shore. The port is connected to land via a long causeway.
