Welcome inside
Although the house was built in 2014 and is therefore a newer con­struction, it still honours the classic Danish summer house tradition. With its pitched ceilings, light wooden walls and mullioned windows, the house has all the charm of a tra­di­tio­nal holiday home, while the stylish open kitchen and eye-catching chequered floor add a more modern touch. The kitchen is part of the living area, which features a heat pump, flat-screen TV, and cosy fur­nis­hin­gs. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and the bathroom is a spacious and stylish room with a glass shower enclosure, washing machine, and tumble dryer – ideal for re­fres­hing your holiday wardrobe. An annex is also included, featuring two single beds, bringing the total sleeping capacity to six people.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home sits on a lovely 1328 m² natural plot with tall trees, a grassy lawn, and a relaxed at­mosp­he­re. From the living room, you have direct access to a south-facing wooden terrace, and nearby there’s a paved patio enclosed on three sides by fencing. The house also offers an EV charging station (photo available in the pre­sen­ta­tion). It’s a 22 kWh charger with a Type 2 connector.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
With a location like this, it’s easy to make daily trips to the Limfjord during your holiday. Søndbjerg Strand is a child-friendly beach with shallow waters, and for the older members of the family, there’s a bathing jetty. The sur­ro­un­ding nature is stunning: Just north of the summer house area is a protected landscape, and from the top of the hill Dødbjerg, you can enjoy a bre­ath­taking view of the fjord towards Jegindø, Salling and Venø. A nature trail continues up to Tambohus, where you can relax by the small natural harbour – or perhaps enjoy a meal at the Tambohus Inn. The holiday home is also just a short drive from Struer, and if you want to explore Thy National Park, it’s only about a 30-minute car ride away.
